Founded in 1994 by David Banham, Overlords Dojo is part of the Anderson Bushi kai (ABK) style of freestyle martial arts and muay thai.

Bushi Kai translates as a society of warriors and with a background spanning nearly forty years, ABK is based on traditional Karate, Muay Thai, experience in real street situation, security and more. 

The founder of ABK, O’Kaicho Malcolm Anderson, has spent his lifetime studying and refining the principles of martial arts to develop the style, and its instructors and systems to suit the modern day.
